Speaking · Keynotes · Panels

A thesis your audience takes home — not just slides.

Your next customers are machines: AI agents take over search, comparison and the buying decision. I speak about what that means for marketing, commerce and professional development — as someone who builds the infrastructure for it himself.

Four signature topics

01

AI in marketing — data-driven, not buzzword-driven

Marketing-Mix-Modeling, attribution and AI workflows that put budget decisions on a factual footing — with real cases from projects for Swiss brands such as Coop, Rivella and Flughafen Zürich.

CMOs, marketing and analytics teams · Keynote 30–60 min · Half-day workshop

02

Your next customers are machines

AI agents take over search, comparison and the buying decision. When machines shop, protocols decide instead of ad budgets: open, platform-neutral standards such as AdCP versus the platform-bound standards from OpenAI (ACP) and Google (UCP).

Commerce, retail, media, associations · Keynote 30–60 min · Panel

03

AI literacy that lands in the business on Monday

Prompts, workflows, governance: how teams bring generative AI into everyday work responsibly — in line with the Swiss DSG, the GDPR and the EU AI Act. Drawn from the AI programme at WBZ Kanton Luzern.

Leaders, HR, learning and development managers · Keynote · Half-day to multi-day workshop

04

From idea to AI product

RAG systems, productisation, open source: what worked when building my own AI products — and what I discarded. Honest workshop reports instead of success folklore.

Product teams, founders, innovation units · Keynote 30–45 min · Workshop

Answers for organisers

How far in advance should I enquire?

For keynotes, ideally six to eight weeks ahead. Short-notice requests are possible when the calendar allows — just get in touch and you will have a reply within two working days.

Which languages does Holger von Ellerts speak in?

English and German. German is his native language, English a long-standing working language; materials and slides are available in both.

Which formats are available?

Keynotes of 30 to 60 minutes, panels and moderated conversations, and half-day to multi-day workshops. Content is tailored to the audience and industry — no off-the-shelf talks.

What technical setup is needed?

A projector or screen with HDMI/USB-C, and a headset or handheld microphone from around 40 people. Slides run from my own laptop; a PDF backup is delivered in advance.

«An excellent course leader: very motivating and convincing, committed — and he explained complex topics well.»

Course evaluation, AI programme, WBZ Kanton Luzern, November 2025 — verbatim from the anonymous course evaluation (translated from German).
